Understand the basics of pipeline quality inspection

The Deman aluminum alloy super pipeline adopts advanced processing technology both inside and outside, which maximizes the hardness, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance of the pipeline surface through electrostatic spraying on the outer wall and anodizing treatment on the inner wall, fully ensuring gas quality and reducing pressure drop.

In order to continuously deliver economical, clean, and efficient compressed air to customers, the DeMan aluminum alloy super pipeline needs to go through a complete set of quality inspection processes during the production process. Starting from the three dimensions, it is strictly prohibited for unqualified products to flow into the next production process, in order to ensure the efficient and stable connection of the customer's gas supply system.

Material analysis

 

Element detection

By using chemical detection methods, the content of elements such as Cr, Ni, C, Mn, Si, P, S, Mo, Ti, etc. can be detected.

Spectral analysis method

Using the principles and experimental methods of spectroscopy to determine the structure and chemical composition of substances.

 

 

Property

 

Salt spray experiment

5% NaCl solution, constant temperature of (35 ± 2) , and salt spray test for 240 hours without corrosion.

Intergranular corrosion

After boiling the sulfuric acid copper sulfate solution with copper shavings for 16 hours, there was no tendency for intergranular corrosion.

connection performance

 

Alternating bending test

1.5MPaThe amplitude is ± 10mm, the frequency is 15HZ, and there is no leakage at the connection point after 100000 cycles.

Vibration strain experiment

1.5MPaThe amplitude is ± 1mm, the frequency is 20Hz, and there is no leakage at the connection point after 1 million cycles.

Cold and hot alternating test

1.6MPaThe water temperature ranges from (20 ± 5) for 15 minutes to (93 ± 2) for 15 minutes, and there is no leakage at the connection point after 2500 cycles.

Voltage endurance test

Water pressure: 3.2MPa, no leakage at the connection point for 15 minutes.

Air pressure: 2.6MPa, no leakage at the connection point after 10 minutes.

Pressure fluctuation experiment

The water pressure fluctuates between 0MPa-1.6MPa for 10000 cycles, and there is no leakage at the connection point.

Anti pull test

The tensile strength at the connection of pipe fittings is greater than the standard tensile assist rating.
