1. The air filter cartridge is periodically blown with dust

It will cause blockage of the air filter element, resulting in a decrease in intake and exhaust volume.

 

2. Failure to replace the air filter on time

It will cause an increase in negative pressure and cause pollutants to enter the machine, blocking the oil filter and oil separation core, resulting in the deterioration of lubricating oil and wear of the main engine.

 

3. The oil filter should be replaced irregularly

As the pressure difference between the front and rear increases, the amount of oil passing decreases, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine rises before shutting down. If the pressure difference between the front and rear is too large and causes breakdown, pollutants will enter the machine and block the oil separation core, leading to wear on the main engine.

 

4. Do not replace the oil separation core

As the pressure difference between the front and rear increases, the main motor current increases and the exhaust volume decreases accordingly. If the pressure difference between the front and rear is too large and causes breakdown, the cooling lubricating oil will enter the pipeline with air until it runs out, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine will rise and stop the machine.

 

5. Failure to clean the oil return pipe joint

If blocked, a small amount of oil will enter the pipeline with air after separation, causing significant oil loss and oil shortage.

 

6. The lubricating oil of the air compressor has exceeded its expiration date

It will reduce the performance of the oil product, leading to high temperature alarms or shutdowns of the equipment, as well as internal coking and carbon deposits in the host.

 

7. The motor bearings were not lubricated with motor grease on time

It will cause bearing wear until the motor burns out.
