Ouluntai Fire Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a leading benchmark enterprise in China’s fire extinguisher manufacturing industry. It's main compressed air applications are in hardware stamping, metal processing, and surface treatment. Deman built the first "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" in China’s fire protection equipment industry for Ouluntai, exceeding the Class 1 standard by 7.8%, achieving an annual electricity savings of 250,000 kWh.
Case Study – Ningbo Aijian Bearing Co., Ltd. (Heat Recovery System)
This is a factory with a 25-year history. In April last year, the customer learned that Deman offers heat recovery retrofit services and reached out to us.
Through the retrofit, they are now saving RMB 80,000 in electricity costs annually, which amounts to RMB 800,000 over 10 years.

Changge specializes in electrical parts, hardware, and plastic products. Compressed air is mainly used for punching and automated assembly. It has been using Deman products for over a decade.
