Deman has provided significant energy-saving benefits to Changhua Group through its plant-wide “Six-end Application”, with 61.6% power transmission efficiency, saving 1,020,000 kWh electricity per year compared to previous system. The air station is the first 120m³ "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" in the auto parts industry.
Ningbo Changhua Changsheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., established in 2006, is a subsidiary of Changhua Group. The company ranks among the top private enterprises in China’s fastener industry and actively participates in the formulation of national industry standards. It holds over 70% market coverage domestically and maintains long-term, stable partnerships with major automobile manufacturers such as Dongfeng Honda, FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC-GM, GAC Honda, GAC Toyota, and Changan Ford.
As their original air station aged, a number of issues began to surface. After a comprehensive evaluation, the company decided to carry out an energy-saving upgrade of the entire station. Building on our previous successful cooperation, they once again chose to partner with Deman to create a precisely customized, Class 1 energy efficiency compressed air station.

From the moment we received Changhua's energy-saving upgrade request, we conducted multiple on-site surveys and assessments. From the early planning stage, we designed the solution based on the standards of a Class 1 energy efficiency station. After extended data monitoring and analysis, we tailored a compressed air solution by selecting and combining different machines according to the customer's actual production needs.
