Boshuo specializes in the development and manufacturing of household appliances and related components. Based on the company’s specific air demand, Deman designed a customized compressed air system using two sets of DDV115T-6 pressure-customized units, combined with a plant-wide aluminum alloy super piping system, achieving a pressure drop of less than 0.01 MPa across the air network, helping Boshuo significantly reduce overall air usage costs.

Ouluntai Fire Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a leading benchmark enterprise in China’s fire extinguisher manufacturing industry. It's main compressed air applications are in hardware stamping, metal processing, and surface treatment. Deman built the first "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" in China’s fire protection equipment industry for Ouluntai, exceeding the Class 1 standard by 7.8%, achieving an annual electricity savings of 250,000 kWh.

This is a factory with a 25-year history. In April last year, the customer learned that Deman offers heat recovery retrofit services and reached out to us.

Through the retrofit, they are now saving RMB 80,000 in electricity costs annually, which amounts to RMB 800,000 over 10 years.

Changge specializes in electrical parts, hardware, and plastic products. Compressed air is mainly used for punching and automated assembly. It has been using Deman products for over a decade.

Deman provided a plant-wide energy-saving compressed air solution based on the six-end application, and built a "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" for Changge, bringing significant energy savings.

Deman provides a tailored compressed air system for Sunny Precision, with average FAD 18.3m³/min and power transmission efficiency 61.7%, saving 510,000 kWh electricity per year compared to previous system. The air station is Zhejiang’s first "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" in the electric vehicle parts industry.

This is a well-known auto parts company based in Yuyao. Deman conducted a comprehensive on-site survey and provided a customized compressed air solution tailored to their needs. The results were remarkable - especially the air compressor heat recovery project, which generates annual energy savings of 245,000 RMB.

Deman has provided significant energy-saving benefits to Changhua Group through its plant-wide “Six-end Application”, with 61.6% power transmission efficiency, saving 1,020,000 kWh electricity per year compared to previous system. The air station is the first 120m³ "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" in the auto parts industry.
