Case Study - Sunny Precision (Electric Vehicle Parts Industry)

Ningbo Sunny Precision Industry Co., Ltd., located in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, was established in 2002 and is part of Sunny Group, which founded in 1984 and recognized as China’s largest integrated optoelectronic enterprise.

Sunny Precision specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of automotive functional components.

Compressed air serves as the primary power source in Sunny Precision’s production processes, widely used in mold machining, precision injection molding, assembly, and painting. With the deepening partnership with Deman and the technological upgrades of its new facility, Sunny Precision has set higher standards for the compressed air system in their new factory.

Through a series of energy-saving devices and pipeline optimizations, Deman built Zhejiang’s first "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" in the electric vehicle parts industry for Sunny Precision.

The station delivers outstanding energy-saving results, significantly reducing the overall cost of compressed air in production, while contributing to the achievement of China’s dual carbon goals.
