Cixi Changge Electrical Accessories Co., Ltd., located in Cixi, specializes in electrical parts, hardware, and plastic products. Compressed air is mainly used for punching and automated assembly.

 

Changge has been using Deman products for over a decade. During this period, Deman’s professional application team continuously monitored the equipment’s energy efficiency and operating status, delivering high-efficiency and energy-saving benefits to them.

Last year, with the innovation of Deman’s energy-saving products and breakthroughs in whole-plant system energy-saving technologies, we built a precisely customized "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station" for Changge.

Customer Challenges Before the Upgrade:

Old Devices: A 37kW and a 22kW single-stage air compressors

The original system operated at 7 bar, while actual production only required 5.3 bar — leaving a 1.7 bar gap with unnecessary power consumption and energy-saving potential .

Deman upgraded Changge’s air station to achieve a power transmission efficiency of 56.6%. This performance was verified and certified by the Hefei General Machinery & Electrical Products Inspection Institute as a "Class 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station".
