Zhejiang Xinao Textile Inc., founded in 1995 and located in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of fine wool yarns and intermediate wool top products.
Compressed air powers modern textile equipment, coming into direct contact with yarn. This makes it essential to ensure high air quality and meet large consumption demands. As a key element in energy efficiency management, compressed air plays a vital role in our operations. Under the "dual carbon" goals, Xinao, as a global leader in the wool textile industry, has always upheld the concept of sustainable development, actively exploring innovation in wool and green transformation.
With high recognition of Deman’s capabilities, they approached us to upgrade their old air compressor station. So we conducted multiple on-site surveys and in-depth assessments at Xinao, thoroughly analyzing their compressed air usage challenges and identifying key pain points.
