Cixi Boshuo Electric Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2016 and headquartered in Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, is a technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. The company specializes in the development and manufacturing of molds for sockets and wall switches, and also engages in the R&D of household appliances, development of automation equipment, and assembly of various components.


Previously, Boshuo used air compressors from other brands, which were energy-intensive, unstable, and poorly supported, with no systematic solutions. They later switched to Deman products and were highly satisfied with both the performance and service. When planning the expansion of their new facility, they reached out to Deman again to discuss their new compressed air requirements.

Based on the companys specific air demand, Deman designed a customized compressed air system using two sets of DDV115T-6 pressure-customized units, combined with a plant-wide aluminum alloy super piping system.

 

Deman's Air System Comprises of:

After the upgrade, Boshuo achieved a pressure drop of less than 0.01 MPa across the entire air network, significantly reducing overall compressed air usage costs.
