Annular Crimp Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting (DN20-DN50)

The principle of annular crimp connection relies on the inherent rigidity of the pipe. It achieves sealing through a cylindrical filling method using “dual-line sealing + surface sealing.” A specialized press tool is used to simultaneously compress the locking ring and sealing chamber at the connection point, ensuring both a secure mechanical joint and a reliable seal between the pipe and fitting.

Grooved Cast Steel Fittings(DN65-DN200)

Grooved connection, also known as clamp connection, features unique flexibility. A hydraulic grooving machine rolls a groove on the pipe end surface, which is sealed and locked by a gasket and clamp. This connection resists vibration and thermal expansion/contraction, and is mainly used for pipelines DN65 and above.
